There were a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card in the rooms, which made them beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The location was excellent and unbeatable, within easy walking distance of a grand classical music hall. The public parking was nearby, exceptional service.

easy access to popular attractions and charming parks in hanoi

I loved that the hotel was just a few steps from Hoan Kiem Lake, and it was a short walk to St Joseph Cathedral where I enjoyed taking lots of photos. The staff were really good.

Great-sized and brand-new room with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television, and particularly nice view of the lake from it. Favourable and unbeatable location, just walking distance from Ha Noi Gallery, loved this place.

Amazing staff and location!

The place was super nice and right in the heart of everything! Staff were beyond helpful and super friendly. Breakfast had a mix of local and Western foods-even got a packed lunch one day! Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster sometimes, but everything else was awesome.

The room was really great! Huge, super comfy beds, and everything felt really clean and fresh. We also had a quiet spot facing the back, nice for getting good sleep without street noise. Just a perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring. Loved it!

Stayed here for 5 nights and had dinner at the rooftop restaurant, which was pretty good. the bed was comfy and came with hypoallergenic pillows. 🛏️ the location was fantastic, right by a beautiful lake!
